Jeff Wallner

Jeff a Entertainment Executive with over a 20 year career in wealth and portfolio management on Wall Street , has built sports and entertainment divisions for notable investment companies, AG Edwards , CIBC Oppenheimer, and Ladenburg Thalmann , he amassed over 1 Billion in assets with over 200 Professional Athletes. He later started up Harbor Light Pictures a Film Production Company and has already Produced Films with multiple A list Academy Award Winners , one of his films was nominated and submitted for Best international film for the 93rd  Academy Awards . Prior to his Finance and entertainment career, he worked in aviation engineering for Grumman Aerospace building 24 F14 and EF-111 Fighter jets for the United States Navy, A former Baseball player,  he was a High School All American and received a full scholarship to North Carolina playing in the College World Series. He was highly recruited by the Los Angeles Dodgers, Boston Red Sox , and Cincinnati Reds

David Polemeni

David Polemeni is a veteran music executive and film producer with a proven track record in driving high-margin partnerships and structuring intellectual property (IP) monetization strategies across music publishing, licensing, and visual media. Currently serving as Vice President of Film & Television Music Publishing at BMG North America, Mr. Polemeni oversees global partnerships and content integration strategies for leading entertainment clients, including Netflix and Amblin Entertainment.

During his tenure, he has represented and managed licensing for iconic catalogues such as Sheryl Crow, Evanescence, Creed, and John Denver—leveraging these assets across broadcast, streaming, and feature film applications. His expertise lies in aligning creative IP with commercial outcomes, often bridging rights holders and studios to maximize yield across multi-platform content.

Mr. Polemeni also brings extensive experience in media production. His Executive Producer credits include notable titles such as:

  • BASiC (2025) – the first feature film co-financed by Google & Buzzfeed
  • 40 Years of Rocky: The Birth of a Classic (EPIX) – narrated by Sylvester Stallone
  • Stolen Girl – starring Kate Beckinsale
  • The Florist – featuring Dennis Quaid
  • The Last Rodeo – starring Neil McDonough

A sought-after voice on the convergence of music rights, media valuation, and emerging distribution models, Mr. Polemeni has been a featured speaker at UCLA’s Herb Alpert School of Music and NYU’s Clive Davis Institute. His insights have appeared in ForbesBillboardDeadline, and Variety.

With over two decades of leadership at the intersection of music IP and filmed entertainment, David Polemeni continues to originate, structure, and execute high-impact deals that define the future of music and media monetization.

Tom Zheng

Tom is a former NFL Sports Scientist most notable for his Superbowl runs with the 49ers. He is the Co-founder and CEO of the Player’s Company an athlete-built and owned organization dedicated to empowering its community of professional athletes, high net worth individuals, and founders. TPC’s goal is to help the members of it’s organization improve their financial identity and build generational wealth through education, events and private investment opportunities.

Tom is also the founder and managing member of Tomco Holdings, a private advisory firm specializing in sports ownership and commercial real estate development around media assets.

In 2025 Tom Co-Founded and serves as a managing member in Harbor Light Pictures, a NY based film production company focused on featured length production and releases.

Tom currently holds leadership, board, and advisory roles across several organizations and companies that sit agnostically across the spectrum from private equity firms to emerging technology companies.
